DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Yes, we do. Our support includes pattern making, size grading, and a physical prototype sample.

Yes, we have a solid network of local and international suppliers that allows us to help you source fabrics, trims, and packaging tailored to your project’s needs. We always prioritize quality, lead times, and alignment with your budget. If you have technical specifications, visual references, or physical samples, we can work from them to find the best option.

SAMPLES

We offer an initial prototype, as well as pilots and fit tests as part of the development process.

The lead time to develop a sample depends on the complexity of the product and whether it includes intermediate processes such as printing, embroidery, appliqués, among others. In general, it can range from 2 to 3 weeks after receiving the fabric.

FULL-PACKAGE PRODUCTION

Full-package production means we manage the entire process from start to finish: from sourcing and acquiring raw materials (fabrics and trims) to pattern development, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery of the final product. We position ourselves as an all-in-one solution for our clients, centralizing every stage of the production process. This allows you to focus on what truly matters: growing your brand and selling your products.

Our full-package service covers all the stages needed to bring your product from concept to reality. It includes:
• Sourcing and acquisition of raw materials (fabrics and trims)
• Product design and development
• Cutting of fabric pieces
• Intermediate processes such as printing, embroidery, appliqués, washing, among others
• Garment manufacturing
• Quality control throughout all stages
• Final packaging according to your specifications
• Logistics coordination for order delivery
This comprehensive approach ensures efficiency, quality, and traceability at every step of the process.

Once the sample is approved by the client, we keep a physical copy that serves as a reference throughout the production process. At the same time, we create a detailed tech pack that documents every aspect of the design—measurements, materials, processes, and finishes. This tech pack acts as the official guide for all teams involved. Additionally, our quality control team conducts constant reviews at every stage to ensure the final product is consistent with the approved sample.

QUALITY

Our quality control process begins with a 100% inspection of the fabric to detect any possible defects before starting production.
During production, our quality team performs continuous monitoring and checks at every stage. Once the process is complete, we conduct a final inspection under a high quality standard to ensure that all garments meet the approved specifications.

We follow internal quality standards based on best practices from the international textile industry and apply the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspection system, recognized worldwide. Each garment is evaluated based on technical criteria such as measurements, finishing, construction, cleanliness, and consistency with the approved sample. Additionally, we adapt our quality control process to the specific requirements of each client to ensure that their expectations are met in the final production.

LEAD TIMES

The lead time for a quotation can range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product and the availability of the required raw materials.

Lead time for fabric development varies significantly depending on the type of fabric required. If it is one of our base-line fabrics, we can develop a sample roll in approximately 30 days. However, if the fabric is not part of our base line, we need to analyze the request in detail to assess its feasibility.

Garment production lead time is between 30 to 45 calendar days from the moment the order is received. This timeframe may be extended during peak seasons or in projects that involve additional processes.

SHIPPING

We adapt to the Incoterm required by the client. We commonly work under FCA (Free Carrier) and EXW (Ex Works) terms, but we can quote under other Incoterms if the project requires it.

We request quotes from various logistics providers to offer you the best possible rate. However, since shipping rates fluctuate constantly, we can only provide a final quote a few days before the production is ready to ship.

FABRIC SALES

We offer a wide variety of knit fabrics, including natural, synthetic, and blended options, in structures such as jersey, piqué, and fleece. Some of the most common compositions include cotton, polyester, viscose, nylon, among others.

If we have the greige fabric in stock, the minimum for dyeing is 120 kg. If the fabric needs to be knitted from scratch, the minimum order is 200 kg. Please note that these quantities may vary depending on the type of fabric and its specifications.
